Ominbus Acts (work in progress)
The following is a summary of the three suggested bills, the
Omnibus Acts, to be introduced to members of congress and the next
President of the United States. A word about these Acts.
The essence of the three bills came from recommendations, ideas and
suggestions given by concerned citizens in some thirty-six (36)
cities and have since been discussed in some 140 cities around the
country. They are a work in progress and should be discussed
in-depth at your meetings. Please forward any and all suggestions
and ideas.
None of the Acts are intended to be considered as a partisan
political tool of any kind – in any way – for any reason or any
person. Their intent follows.
- A Truth and Reconciliation Commission will call for answers to how the drug issue really started and continues virtually uninterrupted (Bill One);
- The People’s Bill will call for the confiscation and return of all drug monies, worldwide, to the communities of America to be spent as they deem necessary (Bill Two);
- A Code of Sacred Honor, the last words of the Declaration of
Independence, calls for a formal structure, under the law, to
hold elected and appointed officials accountable and responsible
to those,
who give them their power and authority, the American people (Sacred Honor).
