Our Charter
Consent of the Governed
The national Board of Directors of Consent of the Governed do hereby issue the members of the(City, State) Chapter the authority to officially represent the organization in their city. The authority shall be perennial and shall maintain this status until or unless rescinded for cause.
The Charter
We, the members of Consent of the Governed, as a manifestation of
our founding democratic principle, to capture the imagination of the
American people , unleash their untapped brilliance and create a New
Vision of America for the 21st Century where government and
non-governmental policies, regulations, decisions and laws do not
permit any tolerance or enabling of the infestation of illegal
drugs, the use, movement or investment of drug monies for any cause,
or the factors contributing therein; and
We, as members, will insist that the free press in America tells us
when our government is doing us wrong - in real time – put truth
before financial gain or vested interests, expose all attempts of
any kind by government to manipulate, interfere, or suggest secret
employment; and
We, as members, pledge our support to all Americans and fellow human
beings for a life of dignity, liberty, justice and the pursuit of
happiness
